Strategic Planning

Strategic Planning at St. Petersburg College is a collaborative process involving all stakeholders.  Current plans are developed to span a period of three years.  High-level strategic goals, organized around the college’s pillars and foundational elements, are identified by our Board of Trustees.  Cross-departmental committees work in tandem with the college’s President, Cabinet, and Strategic Plan Achievement Council to craft strong, intentional strategies that advance impact and are measurable over the three-year period.  Committees aligned to the key areas of the plan work annually to develop key activities and initiatives that will support the achievement of these strategies.
